When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed from Monday to Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or UK bank holidays. Please allow extra time during sale periods.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically delivered within 5-8 business days from the date of purchase, including processing and shipping time. Please allow extra time during holidays and high-demand periods.

Will I be charged customs or import duties?

Prices displayed on our site are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable for UK orders. In most cases, you should not be charged additional customs or import duties on top of the price paid at checkout. If your order is shipped from outside the UK, any applicable customs fees are handled in accordance with current UK import regulations.
